Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase.
• Business days are M-F excluding holidays.
Orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out domestically within the United States.
• USPS First Class: 3-7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
• UPS Ground: 5-7 business days
• UPS Next Day: 1-2 business days.
We currently do not ship internationally... Domestic only!
Returns & Replacements
The customer must incur the shipping charges to and from. You must contact us via e-mail ([email protected]) within 5 business days of receiving the item. Once we give instructions regarding the return, the returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery in order to get a full refund/replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed if the order has not yet shipped. If the order is shipped, we can issue a refund only when the package is returned back to us in the same condition as it was sent. We can only issue refunds within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days from the purchase, we can only issue store credit.
All sale items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sale items are excluded from discount codes.
